Pess Cloud

PESS Cloud is a free of charge service offered by the company to simplify the programming for the installers and the experience for the final user. First and foremost it allows connecting the control panel to the web without the need of making any configurations to the router, firewall and other devices, or creating NAT or virtual server, not even a DNS service is needed.

Thanks to the Pess Cloud, installers can offer remote assistance services via smartphone. Installers can manage their control panels via an app on their smartphone, receiving real-time push notifications of events, and view persistent disconnection alarms on their control panels from the cloud. The control panel firmware can be updated remotely, ensuring that the system is always up-to-date with the latest releases. It is also possible to select alarm/alarm notifications for each registered device. Secure, remote access is guaranteed thanks to Pess Cloud.
